These terms cover use of MXFend's free scanning tools and the paid DNS Fix Report.
The DNS Fix Report is a one-time purchase
The DNS Fix Report is sold as a single, one-time purchase per order. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Each purchase covers one domain and reflects that domain's scan results at the time of purchase.
Informational technical recommendations
MXFend's scans, security score, and DNS Fix Report content are informational technical recommendations based on automated DNS lookups. They are provided to help you understand and improve your domain's email configuration, but they are not a guarantee of inbox placement, deliverability, or security outcomes.
Your responsibility for DNS changes
You are responsible for reviewing and correctly implementing any DNS changes in your own DNS provider or hosting control panel. DNS changes can affect mail flow for your entire domain — always verify a change in a safe manner (e.g. lower TTLs first, keep a backup of existing records) before relying on it in production.
