This page explains what data MXFend processes when you use the free scanners or purchase a DNS Fix Report.
What data we process
Domain name — the domain you submit to any scanner or the security score tool.
Email address — only if you submit one, for example to request a scan follow-up, sign up for monitoring updates, or purchase a DNS Fix Report.
Scan results — the findings produced by our automated checks for the domain you submitted.
Payment and order metadata — for a DNS Fix Report purchase, we keep the order record (domain, email, product, amount, currency, and status) needed to deliver the report and handle support requests.
Payment data and Stripe
Payments for the DNS Fix Report are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and are never seen or stored by MXFend. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and a reference we use to mark the corresponding order as paid.
How we use this data
We use the data above to run the scan you requested, deliver any report you purchased, respond to support requests, and — only if you opted in — send occasional updates about your domain's email security. We do not sell your data.
