Refund Policy
We want the DNS Fix Report to be genuinely useful. If it isn't, we'll make it right.
7-day review window
You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Email support@mxfend.com (or simply reply to your report delivery email) with your domain and order details.
When a refund applies
We issue a refund if the DNS Fix Report does not contain actionable implementation guidance for the domain you purchased it for — for example, if the report's action plan is empty or does not correspond to a real, fixable issue on that domain.
Clean domains
MXFend only offers the paid DNS Fix Report when a scan finds meaningful, actionable issues. If your domain scores well and has no significant findings, the paid report is not offered in the first place — so a refund request for an already-correct, clean domain should not normally arise. If you believe this happened to you anyway, contact us and we'll review it.
